Job Description

This role involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing measures for improvement. You will develop an automatically updated management KPIs panel and support the technical team with corporate standards and data analysis. Your responsibilities will include managing data provision for CIEX activities and updating global portals, auditing data and system usage according to SEO standards, and acting as the focal point for digital initiatives to enhance data quality and productivity.

You will provide support to Information Technicians across all regions, implement maintenance routines per corporate standards, and create technical reports comparing data from all BRF regions. Ensuring compliance with HSE instructions and safe working procedures is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of maintenance and utilities KPIs. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP-PM are also essential. Experience with database creation and management, knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Visual Basic Programming are highly desirable.

A minimum of three years' experience with industrial process KPIs, maintenance process KPIs, and maintenance planning is required. Willingness to live in Bandirma is also necessary.
