We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join our team at Randstad Türkiye.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the budget and reporting process of manufacturing plants, working closely with Operations Finance Management and stakeholders. This role involves product unit costing unit rate analyses, ensuring accounting accuracy of plant financials, including all financial periodic reporting activities.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Operations team on CAPEX project management, analyzing production transactions for raw material cost, machine labor, and outside processing to ensure accuracy, adjusting as necessary.

The successful candidate will also analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs, ensuring accuracy of standard costs including purchase price variance and production variances.

Additional duties include analyzing inventory to meet targets, providing analysis for scrap, slow-moving, and obsolete inventories, carrying out site investments, reporting deviations, and supervising fixed assets of the facility.

The successful candidate must monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness, preparing meaningful and timely analysis of accounting and financial data for the Finance Director and Site Management.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with 4+ years of experience in the area and confident use of Microsoft Office (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred, as well as excellent knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS requirements. Fluency in English is preferred.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the Finance department of a leading manufacturing company.
