JTI believes in fostering a culture that empowers our employees to grow professionally and personally. As a Cigarette Packing Equipment Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our factory technical staff.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for solutions of issues in JTG GSC production environment. This includes machinery performance, quality, and safety.

You will study new modifications of cigarette packing equipment and their differences from the existing equipment. Additionally, you will conduct technical skills assessment tests and analyze test results.

In this role, you will systematize practical experience on equipment troubleshooting and develop required additional documentation. This will help us improve our processes and ensure the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development of factory technical staff through training and technical guidance.
  2. Provide technical support for solutions of issues in JTG GSC production environment.
  3. Conduct technical skills assessment tests and analyze test results.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
