Procurement Strategist

At Karel, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role involves planning and securing new purchasing demands, ensuring they are ready for serial production through commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to drive procurement strategies and alternative solutions to meet cost savings targets. They will also be responsible for defining and maintaining category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

We require a University degree in Engineering or Business faculty, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing and/or Electronic sector. Strong knowledge of MS office programs and ERP systems is essential. The ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) is also crucial.
