Job Title: Program Officer – Protection

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Officer to join our team at Ataa Relief Society. As a key member of our protection services team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising projects to meet program objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in budget management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. They will also be able to travel and perform field tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of project plans, including detailed implementation plans, procurement plans, human resources plans, and spending plans.
  • Ensuring effective project implementation, meeting contractual obligations and partner/donor policies.
  • Managing project budgets and financial reports.
  • Leading teams effectively, distributing tasks fairly and clearly in cooperation with the program coordinator/director.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and compilation of program/project data.
