Claims Handler

We are seeking an experienced and skilled claims handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer claims, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in claims handling or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in French and English languages.
