• Conduct market research to identify potential business areas and develop strategies for growth.
• Analyze customer and industry needs to provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing, to execute processes efficiently.
• Evaluate market opportunities by analyzing competitors and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Graduated from Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the hardware industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable about production and supply chain processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
