We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Injection Production Specialist to join our team at Randstad Türkiye.

- Machine Utilization: Optimize the use of existing injection molding machines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Technical Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical expertise on mold and production processes to drive improvements and innovation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to production methods and quality standards to maintain high-quality products.
- Defect Analysis: Analyze defects occurring during production and implement corrective measures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Process Improvement: Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
- Error Prevention: Minimize production errors through proper documentation and reporting.
- Compliance Testing: Oversee quality control processes and conduct compliance testing to ensure products meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, be fluent in English, and possess knowledge of plastic injection production, machinery, molds, and processes. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required, with a strong background in process management and documentation processes. The ability to read technical drawings and proficiency in production processes are also essential.
