Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Incentive Specialist to join our team at Amaris Consulting.

Job Description

This role involves managing R&D incentive processes, including applications and follow-ups. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing applications for European Union projects and overseeing process management. They will also prepare project budgets and cost analyses, conduct official correspondence with institutions regarding incentive processes, and manage relationships.

In addition, the R&D Incentive Specialist will ensure that R&D projects align with incentive programs and are effectively reported. This will involve monitoring legislative changes and adapting internal company processes accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage R&D incentive processes, including applications and follow-ups.
  2. Plan and prepare applications for European Union projects and oversee process management.
  3. Prepare project budgets and cost analyses.
  4. Conduct official correspondence with institutions regarding incentive processes and manage relationships.
  5. Ensure R&D projects align with incentive programs and are effectively reported.
