Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Management Consultants, and Service Designers to define business problems and develop executable solutions.
  • Establish industry-standard software engineering best practices.
  • Design and develop successful, scalable software solutions throughout every phase, including:
    • Defining user stories and refining requirements into actionable analyses.
    • Choosing suitable design approaches and tools, along with frameworks.
    • Developing layers of software, creating pipelines, integrating internal and external parties.
    • Validating the solution and ensuring quality through available testing methods.
    • Deploying and maintaining healthy production environments.
  • Reverse engineer or refactor existing solutions to enhance their impact and benefits.
  • Foster cooperation with other development teams and guide them toward more efficient and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software design and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. Surprise us with your skills without these degrees.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • A well-established foundation of design principles and software engineering standards.
  • Solid understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, SOA etc.), software design patterns, database design.
  • Knowledge and experience of SDLC, especially agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.).
  • Good coding skills, especially in Python, NodeJS, and Java. Experience with standard frameworks such as Angular/React/Vue, Django/FastAPI, Spring Boot etc.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelining, data engineering, containerization, and orchestration, cloud services management.
  • Excellent command of the command line.
