Key Responsibilities- Manage the Service Solutions category in Turkey, driving optimization of procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic procurement objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, process optimization, and value creation.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier network, identifying new partners to strengthen the procurement ecosystem.
- Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal agreements that align with Bosch's quality, compliance, and operational standards.
- Work closely with HR and supplier teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented approach; an independent, enthusiastic, and committed team player with excellent listening and observational skills.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Methodical and structured approach to work.
