Industrial Equipment Technician

At Mercedes-Benz Türk, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of various equipment and systems in our manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing predictive / preventive maintenance activities of equipment in assembly lines: executing breakdown analysis, defining and implementing the preventive activities, preparing maintenance documentation and keeping them up-to-date, executing the spare part analysis and purchasing process
• Managing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes for tightening devices both pneumatic and electric, conveyors, CETA BKA sealing, glass bonding systems, truck function test stations located in finish lines
• Providing technical support for new investments and projects, guiding in risk analyses, and is involved in the commissioning of facilities and equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Automotive Engineering or related field of study
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function
• Excellent written and spoken English or German
• High degree of initiative, independence, and decision-making ability
