Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at BRF S.A. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of inventory records, as well as organizing the warehouse environment to ensure sustainability within spare-part management processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assure the accuracy, existence, and completeness of spare-parts stored in the warehouses through regular controls and checks.
  • Manage consequence plans to correct behavioral deviations and/or improve performance, applying disciplinary measures or developing recovery plans to reverse potential terminations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related area (advanced degree is a plus).
  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management and team leadership.
  • Expertise in SAP and MRP systems.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as allergens and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
