Job Overview

The Pavo Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Solutions Manager to join its team. As a key member of our defense and space industry sector, you will be responsible for developing tailored solutions for customers with expertise in Private LTE and 5G MPN technologies.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Analyze customer requirements and prepare customized use cases addressing business needs.
  • Develop and deliver pre-sales presentations, demos, and workshops showcasing technical knowledge on Private LTE and 5G MPN solutions.
  • Create technical designs, solution architectures, and infrastructure proposals for customers.
  • Prepare and provide technical documentation, and participate in sales processes.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least ten years of experience in RAN field optimization and technology follow-up.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Private LTE, 5G MPN, 5G Core, and RAN (Radio Access Network) technologies.
  • Proven experience in sales process management, customer relations, and market analysis.
