We're a forward-thinking company seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Python and backend development.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • We use cutting-edge technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to create scalable and efficient applications.
  • We monitor application performance with tools like DataDog to ensure seamless execution and identify areas for improvement.
  • You'll be responsible for managing Docker and Kubernetes environments to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
  • We develop bridge code for cloud environments such as Replicate and Modal to facilitate seamless integration with various platforms.
  • Our team deploys applications to GCP App Engine, Cloud Run, and Heroku to cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • We prioritize clean code, OOP, and Design Patterns to ensure high-quality solutions that meet the highest standards.
  • Writing and maintaining tests for your code is essential to guarantee stability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
  • You'll integrate projects with CICD platforms like GitHub Actions and Jenkins to streamline the development process and enhance collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
  • A strong background in backend development with 5+ years of experience in Python is necessary to excel in this role.
  • Proficiency in GitOps is crucial for effective collaboration, version control, and ensuring consistency across projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential to understand the fundamental concepts and principles.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and familiarity with Aurora are required for efficient data management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Torch and TensorFlow is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for successful collaboration, project delivery, and meeting deadlines.
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team is essential for achieving goals, overcoming challenges, and driving innovation.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary for clear communication, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Deep knowledge of Firebase tools and experience in writing various tests are desirable but not required.
