We are currently seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team in Istanbul.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, handling feedback and inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent beverage knowledge, possess knowledge of cocktail preparation, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.
A Degree or Diploma in hotel management is also required. Proficiency in English and Turkish languages is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
- Handle guest and internal customer feedback and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.
- Conduct regular training for employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.
- To exceed guest expectations with service, focusing on anticipating their needs.
- Ensure that the bar/beverage preparing stations, glassware, bar equipment, and bottle displays are ready and garnishes are cut.
- Follow consistency and correct service techniques for all meal periods.
