Order Handler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Handler - Customer Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless order processing, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing customer inquiries related to their orders.

• Manage the order-to-cash process from acceptance to invoicing, encompassing order fulfillment, equipment ordering, parts procurement, technical expertise, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and customer invoicing.
• Provide customer support throughout the process, addressing order status, delivery dates, purchases, supplier documentation, and preparation of shipping documents.
• Coordinate export and import operations, including documentation, logistics, customs clearance, and claims administration.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with previous experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain management highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
