About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sensory Expert to join our team in Ayvalik. As a Sensory Expert, you will be responsible for evaluating the taste and flavor of oil at purchasing points, taking samples, and ensuring stock reports are complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the quality of oil at purchasing points
- Take samples for further analysis
- Ensure stock reports are complete and accurate
- Approve and file stock reports
- Load oils for shipping in desired quality
- Participate in tasting sessions at Olive Oil Refining
- Perform filtration process for natural oils
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in oil tasting
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Openness and trustworthiness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
