Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Customer Support Specialist with a keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving user issues via email and chat.

Responsibilities:
  1. User Support: Track and solve user issues in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Request Analysis: Evaluate user requests and communicate them to relevant teams for action.
  3. Review Response: Review and respond to App Store and Google Play Store reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
  4. Content Updates: Manage content in applications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  5. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to design and development teams on improving user experience based on customer interactions.
  6. Data Collection: Collect user feedback, prepare reports, and conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Error Resolution: Assist in debugging identified errors based on user feedback and document recurring errors for further analysis.
Requirements:

Backgrounds:

A strong foundation in computer engineering or computer sciences is required for this role.

Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and solution-orientation skills are essential for success in this position.

Languages:

Proficiency in Korean and Japanese languages is mandatory.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
