Technical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Supervisor to join our Nestlé Professional team in Antalya, Turkey.

As a Technical Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing the technical team according to business needs and demands. You will contribute to the setup of a technical benchmark and data collection for Nestlé Professional's technical knowledge improvement.

You will also support the Issue Management process by ensuring that issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will identify trends and provide input to the Renovation/Continuous improvement program in the team.

The successful candidate will have a university degree and minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance or production line. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
