  • Design and implement procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.

  • Ensure traceability of process maps, targets, and performance.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Engineering degree from a reputable university.

  • Familiarity with internal and external audits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and proactive abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
