Our Team

HR Partners is seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT governance, financial planning, risk management, and portfolio management, with a strong focus on leadership and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and Analyze IT Demands: Ensure compliance with IT policies, risk management, and business continuity standards.
  • Monitor Stakeholder Satisfaction: Capture and analyze IT demands from business stakeholders.
  • Manage IT Demand and Supply Planning: Monitor and improve stakeholder satisfaction with IT services.
  • Establish Project Demand and Portfolio Management Models: Manage IT demand and supply planning, working closely with business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT governance, financial planning, risk management, or portfolio management; 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT governance functions.
  • Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
  • Expertise in project portfolio management (PPM), Agile methodologies, and demand management.
  • Experience in IT financial planning, cost optimization, and procurement processes.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance standards.
