In this challenging role as a Citi Corporate Banking Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in Corporate Banking, working closely with the bank's largest clients and delivering high-quality service to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of transactions across various fields, including Debt Capital Markets, Export Credit Agency Guaranteed Financings, Liquidity/Cash Management, Trade & Treasury Solutions, and Derivatives transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis, projections, capital analysis, peer comparisons on new transactions, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate credit allocations, internal approvals, documentation, booking approvals to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Work closely with Product teams, Credit Underwriters, and Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Banking/Corporate finance related internships, preferably in Corporate or Investment Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking business, its related products, and pertinent regulations, credit analysis and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
