We're seeking a highly skilled Web & App Analytics Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics. The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree in business, marketing, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.


Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will work closely with our teams to develop and inform data acquisition strategies for websites and individual campaigns. This involves working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and personas to ensure campaign success.

The role requires the ability to report beyond key metrics and tell the full story using data. Proactive evaluation of campaign performance is essential, identifying opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and user experience.

The successful candidate will provide data-driven insights to support paid media tactics, including search and display advertising. Building ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performing deep dives will also be an important part of this role.

Delivering reports to gauge the effectiveness of digital media advertising programs will be a key responsibility, including search engine marketing, display, mobile, social, video, and more.

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance through campaign dashboards and readouts, providing strategic optimization recommendations, is also a key aspect of this role.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will analyze site behavior using web analytics tools to determine areas for site improvement and analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicating results and providing recommendations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • In-depth familiarity with Google Analytics (Google Analytics IQ certification is a plus)">
  • A great sense of awareness and ability to think on your feet">
  • Experience with web site and app analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Optimize, Hotjar, etc.">
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing, and interpretation capabilities">
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Social Ads, Google Ads, and business intelligence platforms is a plus">
  • Ability to work with Big Query, HTML, and Java, with additional development skills being a plus">
