Data Scientist Responsibilities

  • Develop products leveraging AI, ML, and advanced statistical techniques from basic financial analysis to complex machine learning models.
  • Create new ideas on anomaly detection, conversion optimization, and business insights through data.
  • Design, analyze, and interpret experiment results.
  • Find hidden patterns and relationships in data to answer business concerns using statistical analysis and/or data mining techniques.
  • Communicate complicated data outputs to business-oriented and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, industrial engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience with scientific computing languages and frameworks like Python (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask).
  • Eager to research and apply new models, taking initiative.
  • SQL knowledge is mandatory, along with multi-disciplinary and cooperative ability to solve problems in diverse domains including finance, marketing, sales, product development, and user experience.
  • Experience working within financial regulations is a plus.
  • Rapid prototyping and experimentation approach.
  • Able to present ideas, insights, and solutions clearly.
  • Interest in cutting-edge AI products and early adoption experience (Llama, ChatGPT, Gemini).
