Job Description:
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our buildings, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitoring their training and development.
  • Schedule and manage team activities, setting deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
  • Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's values and influencing parties to reach agreements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
