We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our operational workflow, from distributor order processing to manufacturer coordination and warehouse management.
This role will play a vital part in supporting the global flow of our cosmetic and medical device lines. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
- Oversee end-to-end order processing from distributors
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment tracking
- Coordinate production, logistics, and shipment operations locally and internationally
- Supervise product forecasting and stock availability
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing
- Manage communication and relationships with manufacturing partners
- Monitor production timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with warehouses in various locations
- Reporting & Systems
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Experience with Power BI and MS Access is an asset
Required Qualifications:
- University degree (preferably in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain)
- Master's degree in Operations or Supply Chain is a plus
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse management
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; Power BI/Access is a plus
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
