Our client provides engineering and advisory services within all aspects of the Energy and Utility business (Distribution, Transmission, Generation, and Energy Markets) and over the entire life cycle of projects (from strategic planning to implementation stage).

We require someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills to work on various tasks including Time Report Management, Project Financials, Projection Updates, Financial Reporting, Financial Reviews, and Management Accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields and at least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting roles, preferably in the energy or consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Report Management: Collecting timecards of consultants and consolidating them into one comprehensive Time Report.
  • Project Financials: Recording project costs and updating finance files to calculate revenue and project performance.
  • Projection Updates: Collaborating with project managers to update project finance projections and resource allocation forecasts.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss tables, Balance Sheets (IFRS compliant), and Cash Flow statements.
  • Financial Reviews: Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial review presentations for senior management.
  • Management Accounting: Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations using various KPIs to support internal decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting roles, preferably in the energy or consulting sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, and Turkish accounting practices (Uniform Chart of Accounts).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of self-discipline.
  • No military obligation for male candidates, or postponed for at least two years.
