Our factory in Balıkesir is a state-of-the-art facility that produces a range of products. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Quality & Assurance Specialist.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring conformance to specification, regulatory compliance, and good manufacturing practices at the point of manufacture. They will work closely with production, engineering, warehouse, and planning teams to achieve this goal.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in food or chemistry engineering and at least 2 years of quality assurance experience. SAP knowledge is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret in-process and analytical data to make quality evaluations
- Reporting analyzed data results and trends into quality reviews
- Initiate and lead product and process improvements through designed experiments and capability studies
- Develop and implement action plans with operations and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and control systems meet key consumer requirements
