1. Patient Care: Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences.
2. Frame Selection: Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style.
3. Sales and Customer Service: Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs.
4. Eyewear Inventory Management: Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses.
5. Repairs and Adjustments: Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression.

1. Experience: 0-3 years of experience (Optical experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate).
2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
