As a key member of our Telesales department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our health services to international patients, ensuring seamless communication, and building strong relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential patients to introduce them to our medical packages and provide detailed information about our services.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in medical tourism.
  • Promote our brand and values, embodying the principles of excellent customer service, empathy, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • At least 1 year of experience in health tourism (plastic surgeries, hair transplantation, or cosmetic dentistry).
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
