  • Interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.
  • Act to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in account sales visits, training others where necessary, identifying sales opportunities, and communicating with the account team.

To be successful in this role, you must have comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multiple modalities, proficiency in English, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
