Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Maslak İTÜ office. As a member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless experiences for our customers.

About Your Role:
  1. Provide first contact and incident resolution to customers for Payment Gateway Application problems via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  2. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  3. Offer technical assistance for questions and problems.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  5. Complete integration processes and provide technical services to customers related to Virtual POS using all available resources.
  6. Prepare necessary reports within the company, for banks, and customers.
  7. Fulfill testing requests from other departments.
  8. Support payment gateway outsource/license products.
  9. Coordinate support efforts with other departments.
  10. Develop answers to Frequently Asked Questions or solutions to common problems as part of a customer self-help capability.
