We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team at MRC Türkiye, a Turkish engineering and consultancy company based in Ankara.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields and at least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting roles, preferably in the energy or consulting sectors.

About the Role:

This role involves working on various tasks including Time Report Management, Project Financials, Projection Updates, Financial Reporting, Financial Reviews, and Management Accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing time reports and consolidating them into a comprehensive report.
  • Recording project costs and updating finance files to calculate revenue and project performance.
  • Collaborating with project managers to update project finance projections and resource allocation forecasts.
  • Preparing financial reports, including Profit & Loss tables, Balance Sheets (IFRS compliant), and Cash Flow statements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial review presentations for senior management.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations using various KPIs to support internal decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting roles, preferably in the energy or consulting sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, and Turkish accounting practices (Uniform Chart of Accounts).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of self-discipline.
  • No military obligation for male candidates, or postponed for at least two years.
