Inventory Planner

CCI seeks an experienced Supply Planning Specialist to join its Supply Chain team in Elazığ. This role involves developing and managing production plans based on demand forecasts, ensuring raw material availability, and maintaining accurate production plans in SAP.

• Supply Planning: Develop and manage weekly/monthly production plans, determine raw material requirements, and create purchasing demands in SAP.
• Capacity Analysis: Analyze capacity bottlenecks for required productions and monitor planning KPIs.
• Communication: Facilitate information exchange between sales, plant, and HQ regarding production and promotions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics companies for transportation transactions, ensure seamless production continuity, and maintain high-quality warehouse activities.
• Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects within the plant or supply chain and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders to enhance existing systems.

• Bachelor's Degree from engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering).
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish language skills (speaking and writing).
• Proficient in MS Office applications & SAP.
