Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, coordinating with stakeholders, architects, designers, and external partners.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Convene with relevant parties to discuss their needs for new builds, modifications, or maintenance projects.
  3. Financial Management: Monitor whether expenditures align with planned budgets and take corrective actions when necessary.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead project teams to ensure the success of projects, working closely with all parties.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, and business/client engagement skills.
