We are looking for a skilled Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Balıkesir Factory. As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, working closely with teams such as Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve data inconsistencies and propose process improvements.
  • Create, validate, and maintain Finished Goods (FERT) and Semi-Finished Goods (HALB) material records in SAP, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Closely work with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to support their daily activities, including material creation and modification, change requests, and BOM amendments.
  • Analyze and validate provided information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.

You will also be responsible for updating key elements of master data for respective Finished Goods (FERT) and Semi-Finished Goods (HALB) materials, cleansing master data, and performing regular health checks. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify issues related to material records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Good level of knowledge of Master Data Management in general and SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Communication tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Data Analysis tools like Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
