This role requires a strong background in risk management, project management, and product design/improvements. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing effective strategies, and ensuring the continuity of workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in risk management, project management, product design/improvements
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Risk selection and pricing in line with sector competition and company strategy
• Improving the risks in underwriting processes, eliminating unnecessary risks, and sharing outputs to contribute to the knowledge and skills of the team
• Developing and creating products that increase the competitiveness of the company
• Taking necessary technical actions to ensure a profitable and healthy growing portfolio
• Ensuring the continuity of workflow by communicating effectively with internal and external customers and producing solutions within specified timeframes
