About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Lead to join our team at Edenred Italia S.r.l. This role will play a key part in shaping our data strategy and ensuring that we have the right tools and processes in place to extract insights from our data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, architecting, designing, and developing data-driven tools, defining and implementing data management policies, executing strategic vision, managing key decisions regarding data governance, and coordinating with relevant business units to establish data requirements. They will also manage the intake and prioritization of requests and data squad backlog, structure unstructured data, clean and organize data to ensure it is accessible and helps product and business teams make informed decisions.
