Job Requirements:
We are seeking a talented legal consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and at least 1 year of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a law firm providing legal services to corporations. Strong contract drafting, revising, and negotiating skills are essential, as well as excellent command of legal written and spoken English. The ability to work effectively in MS Office and possess strong follow-up and organizational skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts
- Provide expert legal advice to clients
- Conduct research and analysis to support legal cases
- Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to achieve business objectives
