About the Role:

  • Oversee the balance sheet, liquidity, cash flow, and interest rate risk of the bank by closely coordinating with different departments in the bank.
  • Manage the banking risk position and exceed profit and loss targets.
  • Review and manage daily local currency and foreign currency balance sheets and cash flow, coordinate daily funding activity.
  • Ensure bank liquidity aligns with liquidity plans and limits, adhere to local and global regulatory liquidity ratios and limits.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal limits and requirements, including reserve requirements and legal lending limits.
  • Foster a culture of responsible finance, good governance, supervision, expense discipline, and ethics.
  • Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses required for your role within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a related role.
  • In-depth understanding of treasury systems and technology platforms.
  • Macroeconomic and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish.
