• Serve beverages and provide quality service to all guests.
• Support management as needed, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Prepare cocktails and other drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, washing glassware and utensils after each use.
• Pour wine and beer, possessing classic drink knowledge.
• Collect payment and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Serve food to customers seated at the bar, requiring menu knowledge.
• Verify identification of customers to ensure age requirements are met.
• Determine intoxication levels and intervene when necessary.
• Clean up after customers and maintain a clean work area.
• Create displays with bottles and glasses, showcasing our offerings.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
