1. A bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration, Hotel Management, or Gastronomy.
2. At least two years of experience in wine service at fine dining restaurants.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian, or French.
4. Certification for wine education, such as WSET or the Court of Master Sommelier.
