Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for Turkey, including localizing our content and adapting it to the Turkish market.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage micro-influencers and content creators to promote Jobsoid Inc.'s products and services in Turkey.
  • Built and engage student communities to drive organic adoption of our products.
  • Launch and optimize cost-effective performance marketing campaigns to reach our target audience in Turkey.
  • Work with local agencies or freelancers where necessary to accelerate growth in the Turkish market.
  • Track performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate strategies based on insights to ensure maximum ROI.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media growth, or digital marketing.
  • Background in SMEs or fast-growing startups, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Deep understanding of platforms algorithms, affiliate marketing and organic marketing.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers and agencies.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Bonus: Fluency in German or French is a bonus.
