Job Description:

• You will be responsible for introducing foreign education institutions and their programs to students and parents, both in-person and remotely.
• Your key responsibility will be to guide students in choosing the best-suited country, city, school, and accommodation preferences, and assisting with registration procedures.
• You will also follow up on client files after acceptance and registration, ensuring a seamless experience.
• In addition, you will provide ongoing support to students studying abroad, maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns they may have.
• You will inform students and parents about educational processes, providing clarity and guidance throughout their journey.
• You will work closely with relevant departments to manage student processes efficiently.
• You will complete visa and residence processes for students, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• You will participate in sales meetings, formulating suggestions to increase sales and drive business growth.
• You will represent our company at relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad, promoting our services and establishing new relationships.

Requirements:

• A strong background in the education sector outside of Turkey is preferred.
• Having completed a training program outside of Turkey is also desirable.
• An undergraduate diploma from a reputable university is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A high level of English proficiency is necessary for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is expected.
• No travel restrictions apply.
• Strong human relations, a friendly demeanor, determination, discipline, harmony, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills is highly valued.
