Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility for Manay CPA and related websites.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value target keywords and phrases.
  • Define and execute tactics to achieve annual and monthly KPIs, including keyword rankings, visibility scores, and domain authority improvements.
  • Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website structure, content, meta tags, and other technical SEO elements for maximum organic performance.
  • Design and execute a blog strategy, including creating keyword-rich article outlines and meta tags.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an SEO Specialist.
  • Advanced level of English - All interviews will be conducted in English.
  • Experience with content management systems and backend processes.
  • Marketing agency or Agency management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the accounting industry is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
