What Does the Recruitment Process Look Like?

  3. Technical Meeting: The technical discussion takes place via Google Meet with the team lead, allowing for an in-depth exploration of technical expertise.
  4. Case Study & Assessment Center: A role-specific project is assigned to showcase practical knowledge and proficiency.
  5. Case Evaluation Meeting: A dedicated meeting is held with the team to evaluate the case study.
  6. Reference Check: References are contacted to gain deeper insights into professional background and accomplishments.
  7. Final Decision: A decision regarding suitability for the position is communicated within a maximum of five business days.
