Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the controlling team to ensure seamless operations,
• Create strategy plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts to drive business growth,
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and analysis to inform decision-making,
• Monitor weekly sales performance and track gaps to forecast targets,
• Prepare monthly performance reviews to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement,
• Support project controlling and cost follow-up processes to ensure efficient resource allocation,
• Collaborate with project managers and support business case preparation (CAPEX, Business Development),
• Oversee improvement plans and financial performance to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Proven work experience in an industrial and international environment,
• Advanced data management and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication skills and proactive working method,
• Knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP,
• Ability to travel abroad,
• Proficient in English language skills (written and spoken),
• Familiarity with ERP and good knowledge of SAP CO.
