Responsibilities

The Regional Logistics Coordinator will have primary responsibility of leading Service Centre operations for Turkey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and assisting 3PL through Service Level agreement stipulations and requirements
  • Promoting a culture of Zero Harm (Safety)
  • Leading and mentoring regional operations team members
  • Leading Cost saving / Control / Process improvement projects for Turkey

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Finance is required, with a Master's degree and Supply chain certification being desirable. Experience in Warehousing / Operations / Manufacturing environments is also essential.

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results and build effective teams. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
