Digital Content Strategist

We are looking for a talented Junior Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and planning social media content that aligns with our brand values and fosters effective audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling content that expands our brand's reach and contributes to our growth in the digital world.
• Work closely with content team members, prioritizing YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with users to effectively communicate our brand story.
• Monitor trends to develop creative content ideas and utilize short video formats effectively.
• Contribute to writing video scripts and creatively editing content.
• Craft engaging titles, descriptions, and tags to maximize content reach.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements.
• Enhance follower engagement, respond to comments, and strengthen community loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to propose innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related design field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation (YouTube experience is a plus).
• Passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing content.
• Ability to create impactful and engaging content for different platforms.
• Experience in content creation and management on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills within the team and with other departments.
• Proficiency in YouTube Analytics and other social media analytics tools, with the ability to develop strategies to enhance content performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A passion for furniture design and interior decoration is a plus.
